Just home from a very inspiring evening with friends and photography. The Brooklyn Photo Salon is a gathering of photographers, established and emerging, brought together by Regine Romain and Jennifer Pritheeva Samuel to share and talk and inspire. I cannot thank them enough! I was honored to share the spotlight with Petra Richterova and Jeanne Moutoussamy-Ashe.
I put together a slide show of work from Detroit, Cuba, Peru, and of course NYC. Petra shared her images from Africa, Cuba and the music she loves. Jeanne shared her Daufuskie Island images as well as some new work. I was so honored to be a part of tonight. I'm sitting here with a smile on my face wishing I took more photos... do check out their websites and images. Smile.
