The past weekend was spent mostly on the bike riding back and forth to Floyd Bennett Field for a kayak fishing tournament. The tournament was a fundraiser for Casting for Recovery which helps women recovering from breast cancer. I figured it was a good cause, it was fishing, and I should photograph it! After riding out on Saturday I wasn't sure my knees could handle another ride, but I did it again and glad since Sunday was absolutely beautiful - just wish I had brought some sunscreen. Maybe next year I'll be in a kayak... maybe.
