Who knew the May sun could be so strong. After a morning with the fishermen I took off on the bike to find my way home and found a place some may know, but I had not found yet, Plum Beach. I tucked down through a small path with bike in tow to be granted an empty beach, shallow waters, and sunshine. Happiness. If I could of blocked out the sounds of the highway I wouldn't have believed I was in the city anymore. A few hours later found myself home with some very sunburned bike legs and wondering when I took the SPF out of the bike bag... live and learn, it was a beautiful day.
