Kanaval, Jacmel Style.



A little fun along the way from Marigot to Jacmel, local kids block the road and collect money from visitors. I believe the money goes towards Kanaval prep. So here are a few images. We had such a great time but today my brain is dead from all the visual stimulation. Going to take it easy today... sitting in a rocking chair overlooking the ocean editing photos is a pretty good way to start. This afternoon I am going to meet with a couple I met yesterday, Jen and Guy who are teaching a photography workshop at the Art Creation Foundation for Children. I am looking forward to seeing the students photos from yesterday and hopefully they can help me find a guide for the next few days. Enjoy the pics - g
