Along the inlet.
Atlantic Beach, July 2011
The shoreline was lined with those hoping to hook some dinner but it was the youngest with the best luck and some mad skills to boot. Just 6 years old and he had a side cast that would rival most of the shoreline fishers I know. His father tells me he's been obsessed since he was 3, spending 6-8 hours a day fishing on a boat or on the shore. His secret - one rubber lure + 3 spearing. Worked every time. Jane's bait bag looked more of a dinner I wouldn't mind, thankfully she brought along some for treats too.
